Typically, I will ship your artwork within 7 business days (unless otherwise stated). 

I use USPS to ship my orders from Colorado, US. Here are there shipping times as outlined by USPS. Please remember all of these are estimates. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.

• US destinations: 2–5 Days

• International destinations: 3-4 weeks

I want you to be 100% happy with your artwork. If you have an issue with it please get in touch. As a (very) small, one person business I am typically unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Be sure to read dimensions and item details before purchasing. Of course, if you received a damaged or defective piece I will replace your item. Any return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For my smaller hoops I secure them in a brown paper bag and then mail them in a cushioned mailing envelope. For my larger hoops I package them in a cardboard box. I try to use recycled shipping materials wherever possible.
